We meet over at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church in Apex around 9:00 AM Saturday. We will then prepare and pack up the 1,000 bags and leave the church at about 11:40 to go down to Moore Square. We will be bringing various desserts with us down to the park on that day and the kids can help distribute them along with the bags. We are usually finished up between 12:30 and 1:00pm.

We ask that the group bring some of the items that will go into the bag, either lunch meat or cheese slices for 1,000 sandwiches & Zip lock sandwich bags or #8 paper bags (may be decorated). Cases of bottled water are always needed. Just let us know what you will be bringing and we will supply the rest of the items.

**Please note, individuals are welcome ANY Saturday. Only groups need to register to be on the calendar.

The following items are needed on a weekly basis to be put into brown bag lunches:

• Lunch Meat - Turkey, Ham and Bologna
• Cheese -sliced cheese
• Individual packages of cheese and crackers
• Granola Bar
• Cans of soda or juice
• Piece of fruit or a small box of raisins
